Phase 1 - Platform Investigation

User experience design changes consumer’s daily interactions with products, brands, and services. Early planning and research allow designers to define project goals and investigate existing platforms and technologies. With an advanced understanding of available platforms and applications, we are able to assess design feasibility, usability, and best practices for future development.
Phase 2 - User Research

Phase 2 - User Research

We closely study users by methodically observing their behavior, interactions and intended workflow. Our observations help us to empathize with users and produce insights about their individual and collective needs, preferences, and critical tasks. User journey maps are then created to begin visualizing these observations; revealing gaps between meeting critical needs and practical usability.
Phase 3 - Ideate

After clearly defining our client’s needs, user needs, and preferred platforms, we explore potential concepts and strategies. Throughout this phase of exploration we take the opportunity to be highly optimistic and experimental in our thinking, opening channels for innovative ideas.
Phase 4 -  Define Scope

Phase 4 - Define Scope

Once concepts are filtered and refined, we analyze the project scope in relation to practicality, business goals, deadlines, and user flows. Depending on the type of user experience, we deliver a summary of the selected concept to clients; ranging from high-level project briefs to site map overviews.
Phase 5 - Schematic Design

Phase 5 - Schematic Design

Based on the defined project scope, super-fine-grained planning begins to take shape in the form of schematic designs. Designers consider how the user will feel, see, and behave in order to draft a visual system that describes the interface, features, interactions, and behaviors.

This stage allows internal and external development teams to work simultaneously and efficiently around a shared visual depiction of user experience and functionality.
Phase 6 - Visual Design

Phase 6 - Visual Design

Next, a visual strategy is implemented into the design, integrating the brand attributes, color palettes, typeface systems, and supporting graphic images. Once final adjustments are made, the UX solution is launched and support systems are provided for management, control and assistance.
Phase 7 - Develop Support System

Phase 7 - Develop Support System

Integrating our client’s internal development team, we construct a support system to manage the final production stages. Our strong technological abilities & fluency in UI development are essential to ensuring consistency and integrity during the design implementation. Such quality assurance enhances our client’s media development abilities, optimizes UIs, and evaluates additional platforms such as iOS devices and 3D technologies.
